South Africa is due to meet Israel at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) again later this week – if Israel turns up.

The ICJ on Tuesday announced it would hold another set of hearings in South Africa’s Gaza genocide case, after South Africa asked for new emergency measures specific to Rafah.
