Zachery Ty Bryan is facing his second DUI arrest of the year.
The 43-year-old Home Improvement alum was arrested on Friday morning (October 25) in Oklahoma. His arrest comes eight months after he was charged with a DUI in La Quinta, Calif.

According to reporting by Entertainment Weekly, Zachery was taken in by the Custer County Sheriff’s Office.
Records show that he was booked and charged with a DUI and for driving without a valid drivers license.
Additional details have not yet been revealed, and Zachery does not appear to have issued a statement yet. We’ll update you if he does.
In February, Zachery‘s arrest also led to a charge for allegedly being in contempt of court. He was released on bail at the time.
In 2023, he was arrested in Eugene, Oregon on charges of domestic violence. These are not the only instances of Zachery having issues with the law. He also pled guilty to misdemeanor menacing and misdemeanor assault in 2021. At the time, he was accused of strangling a woman.
