Disney announced at the D23 Expo in Brazil that Season 2 of the Star Wars spin-off series will premiere April 22, 2025 on Disney+.
The show stars Diego Luna, reprising his role as the titular Rebel spy after 2016′s Rogue One.
Diego has previously said the “stakes are greater” in the new season.

“This second part will follow Cassian over the period of four years as he grows into the hero we see make the ultimate sacrifice in Rogue One,” he explained, via Deadline.
Creator Tony Gilroy planned the series to be a two-season run leading up to Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.
Another star also teased details about what to expect in Season 2.
