Megan Fox and her Subservience costar Michele Morrone are not dating amid her split from Machine Gun Kelly.
“Any accusations beyond a work friendship are simply untrue. They filmed a movie together a year ago. Michele is currently in Italy filming another project,” Morrone’s representative told TMZ on Tuesday, December 10, amid online speculation that he and Fox appeared cozy in a behind-the-scenes video from the Subservience set.
After news broke Tuesday that pregnant Fox, 38, had broken up with MGK, 34, fans on social media resurfaced a video of her and Italian actor Morrone, 34, that some deemed flirtatious. According to TMZ, the footage was filmed on set over a year ago.
On Tuesday, a source told Us Weekly that Fox and MGK (real name Colson Baker) called it quits at the end of November.
“They were trying to make it work again after the pregnancy, but they are both too hot-headed and fell back into their constant fighting,” the insider exclusively told Us. “They can’t get on the same page and it’s not easy for them being together.”
While the source added that “they are done for now,” the pair “could very well be back together” at a later time. (TMZ reported earlier on Tuesday that the twosome called it quits over the Thanksgiving holiday.)
In November, Fox, 38, announced she was expecting a rainbow baby. The actress previously revealed in 2023 that she suffered a miscarriage during her relationship with MGK, who has a 15-year-old daughter named Casie from a previous relationship. Fox shares Noah, 11, Bodhi, 9, and Journey, 7, with ex-husband Brian Austin Green.
A second source told Us that the couple have had several ups and downs since sharing their baby news last month.
“Megan and MGK have broken up several times since the pregnancy was announced,” the source exclusively told Us. “This was just one of the bigger ones that people have heard about.”
“Their relationship is so full of passion and that leads them to get back together over and over, but also to fight in the most toxic of ways,” the insider added. “Their fights have gotten less intense now that MGK is sober, but they still have such a hard time having a stable relationship with each other.”
Earlier this month, Fox shared her children’s reaction to learning that they were getting a new sibling.
“The kids are all super excited for another addition to the family and have promised to help out and pitch in,” Fox said in a December interview with People.
