Athlete player Louis Devaleix is featured on Netflix’s Polo reality series — but Us couldn’t help but focus on his relationship with wife Pamela Flanagan Devaleix over his skills on the field.
Throughout the five-episode series, which premiered in December 2024 and is produced by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, viewers got an inside look at Louis and Pamela’s marriage.
“Louis’ great and I love him. Three months after meeting we were engaged,” Pamela recalled in her confessional. “Getting engaged in three months was not really something that was aligned with my personality. Or something that anyone in my family would have ever thought that I would do. I didn’t think I would do that.”
Pamela, the sister of Bachelor alum Kelley Flanagan, told the camera’s she’s “not a crazy person” and the quick engagement was a shock.
“I think getting engaged in three months definitely threw people for a loop, but here we are,” she added.
Prince Harry’s Polo documentary is coming to Netflix later this year. Details about their relationship were sprinkled throughout the entire show, and her baby shower in the second episode really showcased the love between them. Louis and Pamela welcomed their daughter, Alina Kelley, in July 2024. (He is also the father to son Ames from a prior relationship.)

January 2022
Pamela and Louis met for the first time. Reflecting on their initial encounter in an Instagram post, Pamela shared that she was “swept off her feet” when meeting the athlete.
“When Pam and I met, the first thing I told her was that I had this awesome little man,” Louis said in Polo about his son. “She immediately fell in love with him, and she’s been super supportive of Ames.”
June 2022
Pamela announced that she and Louis were engaged.
“Thank you family & friends for making this such a special day,” she shared on Instagram at the time. “It is near impossible to surprise me, but some how you pulled it off! Most of all thank you to my incredible fiancé, I love love love you so much Louis.”

Pamela announced in an Instagram post that she was pregnant with a baby girl.

The couple celebrated their one-year anniversary with a look back at their wedding ceremony.
“They say the first year of marriage is tough, well I can attest to that. The picture perfect social media pictures don’t always tell the full story. I don’t like to subscribe to the idea of pretending life is always perfect,” Pamela captioned her Instagram tribute. “Our first year was filled with plenty of love, laughter, joy & also fights, tears and really hard moments. Highs & lows while adjusting to married life are not just normal, they are expected. What I have learned in this year is that what matters most is the people you choose to surround yourself with.”
