Chris Pine has lined up his next big starring role!
The 44-year-old actor is set to take center stage in a new crime thriller movie called “Nowhere Fast.” A few details about the project, which will be set in Texas, have been revealed.

Variety exclusively broke the news about Chris‘ project. The movie reportedly “follow[s] a small-town criminal who inadvertently kills the nephew of his boss.”
Noah Hawley is handling the script and will direct the movie.
Additional details about the movie have not been revealed yet. However, we’ll update you as we learn more.
This will be one of Chris‘ first projects in a while. His last movies – Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves, Poolman and Wish – all premiered in 2023. The actor pulled double duty and made his directorial debut with Poolman.
He will also appear alongside the likes of Bod Odenkirk and John Ortiz in Nobody 2, which is expected to premiere later this year.
