Megan Fox and ex Machine Gun Kelly have welcomed their first baby together.
“She’s finally here!! our little celestial seed 🥹💓♈️♓️♊️ . 3/27/25,” Kelly, 34, wrote via Instagram on Thursday, March 27, alongside a video of the newborn.
The little one’s birth comes hours after Kelly made headlines when Fox’s ex-husband, Brian Austin Green, shared alleged messages from him. “Stop asking when our child is gonna born. You the FEDS,” one message from Kelly read. “Quit calling TMZ and focus on that apology you owe me for speaking on my name in public.” (Us Weekly reached out to Kelly’s rep at the time.)
Green’s fiancé, Sharna Burgess, seemingly reacted to the post hours later, writing via her Instagram Story, “That was about the equivalent of a dog pissing on its territory making it known it’s back in the area.” (Us reached out to Kelly’s rep at the time.)
The actress, 38, also shares three children with Green — she gave birth to Noah in September 2012, Bodhi in February 2014, and Journey in August 2016. Kelly, 34, for his part, welcomed daughter Casie with ex Emma Cannon in July 2009.
Fox announced their pregnancy in November 2024 after opening up about suffering a past miscarriage. “Nothing is ever really lost,” she captioned an Instagram post at the time. “Welcome back 👼🏼❤️.”
In the first photo, a naked Fox cradled her baby bump while covered in what appeared to be black paint, tagging Kelly (real name Colson Baker) on her belly. A second picture showed her positive pregnancy test.
One year earlier, Fox revealed that she had suffered a miscarriage, which strained her relationship with Kelly.
“I had never been through anything like that before in my life,” she said on Good Morning America in November 2023. “I have three kids, so it was very difficult for both of us, and it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately and together and apart … trying to navigate, ‘What does this mean’ and ‘Why did this happen?’”
Fox wrote two poems about her miscarriage, which she included in her 2023 book, Pretty Boys are Poisonous. Kelly, meanwhile, detailed the pregnancy loss in his June 2022 song, “Last November,” as well as dedicated his 2022 Billboard Music Awards performance of “Twin Flame” to Fox and their “unborn child.”

Fox and Kelly were first linked in 2020 after meeting on the set of Midnight in the Switchgrass. They got engaged in January 2022, but fans questioned their relationship status in recent months as they took a step back from the spotlight.
“What I’ve learned about being in this relationship is that it’s not for public consumption,” Fox explained during a March 2024 appearance on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast. “So I think as of now, I don’t have a comment on the status of the relationship per se.”
She continued, “What I can say is that [he] is what I refer to as being my twin soul, and there will always be a tether to him no matter what. I cannot say for sure what the capacity will be, but I will always be connected to him somehow. Beyond that, I’m not willing to explain.”
Shortly after their pregnancy announcement, Fox and Kelly quietly split. At the time, a source exclusively told Us Weekly that the twosome were “doing their best to cope in their own ways after calling it quits.”
The insider noted that “Megan is moving forward independently and is not interested in revisiting the past,” adding that the actress was “focused on her pregnancy and not looking back. She is deeply hurt by how things ended but is focusing on healing.”
