Tamara Braun shared on Instagram that she’s leaving the daytime soap opera, which airs weekdays on Peacock. Fans originally thought it could be an April Fool’s Joke, as it’s April 1, but she wrote in her caption that it’s not. Deadline also confirmed it’s not a joke.
Tamara confirmed on Instagram, “I wish this was an April Fool’s Joke but it’s not. This is Ava’s last week on Days. Last couple of days really. Sad but true. I’ve been gone since late July of last year but you can still catch Ava on your screens until April 3rd!”
She continued, “I miss being with my Days pals. They are a really good group of caring individuals and being with them was a joy. Thanks for all the #love #kindness and #support during Ava’s latest Salem stint. 🩷”
