Artem Chigvintsev cleared the air in regards to rumors that he wants to reunite with his estranged wife Nikki Garcia.
The 42-year-old dancer was arrested in August on allegations of domestic violence. He was not charged for the claims; however, Nikki was granted a restraining order in early October.
She filed for divorce in September, and he responded in court. Artem has also alleged that Nikki was the aggressor in their relationship.
Amid their extended split, whispers suggested that they were going to reunite.

In a statement shared with People, Artem firmly denied the claim.
“The reporting that I wanted to reconcile with Nikki is incorrect,” he said.
His attorney Ilona Antonyan noted that the couple have not spoken since the beginning of the month.
The estranged couple share a son named Mateo. In a statement shared in late September, Artem said that he would be focused on the four-year-old welfare through the split.
