Halle Bailey‘s son Halo recognized his mom on the big screen!
On Wednesday evening (March 5), the 24-year-old singer and actress hopped on social media to share a video of her 14-month son, whom she shares with ex DDG, watching her 2023 version of The Little Mermaid.
If you forgot, Halle brought Ariel to life alongside the likes of Jonah Hauer-King‘s Prince Eric and Melissa McCarthy‘s Ursula in the 2023 live-action version of Disney’s classic movie.
While watching the movie, baby Halo adorably made it clear that he saw Halle in the character.

On X (formerly Twitter), Halle shared a clip of her son sitting on the couch watching the movie and saying “mama.” He had the biggest smile on his face as he watched her swim along underwater in her mermaid tail.
“Guys i’m crying he actually knows ariel is me,” Halle wrote about the video.
